1. Agreement

By using webmorp.art and engaging PixID Studio (“we”, “us”) for website design services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Service description

webmorp.art offers custom static website design and delivery as described on the site (including turnaround times and pricing such as the flat $100 fee where stated). Exact scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed by email between you and us for each project.

3. Your content

You warrant that text, images, logos, and other materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and that you have permission to use them. You remain responsible for your content; we may refuse work that appears unlawful or infringing.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a agreed project, we grant you the rights necessary to use the delivered website for your business as described in your order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may reuse general techniques, libraries, and non-identifiable patterns across projects.

5. Payment and refunds

Fees, payment method, and refund rules are as stated in your email agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, work begins after agreed payment or deposit. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case in line with what was confirmed before work started.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixID Studio and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixID Studio from claims arising from your content, your use of the delivered site in violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, DNS, analytics, and email are often provided by third parties. Their terms and availability apply to those services. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers outside our control.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. We may refuse or stop work where there is non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the site at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PixID Studio’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting customer@pixid.studio.
